• Shipping is free
• Items are shipped through carrier UPS, FEDEX, OR TFORCE FREIGHT.
• Our services cover the United States ONLY, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
• Shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted from the refund for refused shipments.
• UPS carrier deliver Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM
• Missed appointments will result in extra charges that will be invoiced directly to the customer by the carrier.

 

Processing and Shipping Times

• Items in stock generally require 7-14 days for delivery.
• Items in stock require 3-8 business days for preparation before delivery.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you, providing the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website for online tracking.

 Small Parcel Delivery Service

• Packages usually reach their destination within 3 to 8 business days once the tracking information is provided.
• No adult signatures are necessary.
• The carrier has the authority to decide whether to leave your package without requiring a signature.
